Janice Yun

Janice Yun has a passion for vintage textiles, with a soft spot in her heart for those fabrics and linens from the 1950s-1970s.  She believes that old textiles have patina and history, and as such, they should be treated as art rather than left to languish in a drawer.    Her designs take exceptional vintage textiles and repurpose them into new items so that everyone who uses or sees the item can take the pleasure that the original textile designer intended.  Her one-of-a-kind market bags and purses use primarily vintage or repurposed textiles for two reasons: to re-use and recycle, and to celebrate the beauty of textiles that are 40-70 years old.
